Hello guysI did some excercises and I saw these cases:-I´m in room 128 (One hundred Twenty Eight) &lt;---- The speaker says this-This table costs  u$s 1.532 (One thousand, five hundred "and" thirty-two) &lt;---- The speaker says thisI don't know why sometimes the people says the pronunciation of the number "Together" and sometimes they add "and" to the number.I need your help, Thanks in advance!

For a hotel room number (also a house number), I'd most likely say it this way:
"I'm in room one twenty-eight."
("I live at one twenty-eight Main Street")

-This table costs u$s 1.532 (One thousand, five hundred "and" thirty-two) <---- The speaker says this
In the US, the word "and" is optional.
However, the way you wrote the price is incorrect! You must use a comma: $1,532.
If you added 25 cents to the price, you would write it this way: $1,532.25

In addition, when the first number is one (1), people often say numbers this way:
128 => "a hundred (and) twenty-eight"
1,532 => "a thousand, five hundred (and) fifty-two"

I don't know why sometimes the people says the pronunciation of the number "Together" and sometimes they add "and" to the number.
