recently (3 days ago) i had terrible experience during my rest, when i heard someone unluck my door entrance trying to enter my room, when im making a noise she closed the door and fleed away. my point of view is could you secure your guest or there things while they were away or at sleep?

While staying at your hotel three nights ago during my sleep, I had a terrible and terrifying experience. I heard a woman unlock my door and try to enter my room. Fortunately, she fled away quickly after I made a noise.

Given that I was nearly robbed of my possessions, I am concerned by your lack of adequate security. Just imagine a situation where a female guest is awakened to find a male intruder.

I want to know how you plan to properly protect your guests and their belongings.

If I were the manager, I would want to know if you contacted the hotel desk as soon as the intruder left? Did you contact the police to file a break and entry? Did you find anything missing?
