Hi, Joe—I mean Joseppe.
How do I correctly punctuate “Joseppe” in the following? It would be the equivalent of “Hi, Joe—Joseppe, I mean.” 1, 2, 3, or something else?
1. Hi, Joe—I mean Joseppe.
2. Hi, Joe—I mean “Joseppe.”
3. Hi, Joe—I mean, Joseppe.
