Help with a Sonnet Iambic Pentameter
Any help would be greatly appreciated. I need to write a sonnet for my 10th grade English class, and I am having great difficulty with Iambic Pentameter.
Enjoy the beauty and charms of nature,
Bask in the serenity of outdoors.
Behold the expanse of a lush acre,
Or a tranquil undeveloped lakeshore.
Sunlight so warm and stunningly glorious,
Illuminates the mind by shining bright.
Colorful flowers look victorious
When reaching for the sun is in their sight.
Wondrous amazement of all living things
From the babble of frogs to chirping birds,
Excite the senses with melodic swings.
Feelings expressed with no need for mere words.
Oh Nature, you are scenic and floral
And well deserving of your green laurel.
