HELP! What does EFFORTS mean?
Dear teachers,
In the following extract, what does "efforts" mean? I know it is not its common meaning ("physical or mental energy needed to do something that is difficult.") So, I must mean something else.
« If the decision is made to commit resources, the project is approved, with or without modifications, and the information generated during pre-project planning is given to the project execution team. Ideally, continuity is maintained between the pre-project planning team and project execution efforts.»
