00 Honestly, I am quite surprise with the response given since Reena & I have sent out so many support related emails & didn't get noticed. I assume the team is still doubtful concerning our understanding for MI support knowledge and was questioned few times regarding the learning curve while i'm busying with web development & bw web research. 02 br

00 Along the KT session I have written down the processes & diagramitize those processes via MS Visio and the BW Support Knowledge I've learnt has been transfered and documented comprehensively to the microsoft word document below: 02 font 02 br
