I am an international student and I want to apply scholarship in one of the college in USA. Please help me in writing my motivational letter..
Dear Sir or Madam:
I am an Indonesian student and I would like to apply the scholarship offered in the college. I am utterly thrilled to be a part of the students there as it is my dream to study in a more developed country such as America, and my desire to learn western society more.
I graduated from an international junior high school in June 2011. I am one of the top students in the school and I have a remarkable grade in Mathematics, which appears to be my best subject.
I have always wanted to be a young graduate, and thus, I selected Bart College at Simon’s Rock from various top colleges and universities. I thought that it was impossible to graduate early from university, but through Bart College, I am given opportunity to enter college one year ahead.
Through this scholarship I am sure I will be able to be a better student in the future. I learned that Bart College at Simon’s Rock is the only accredited four-years college and one of colleges with early entrance programs. I am confident that with my eastern background, I would be able to make a significant contribution and I will be able to study western society more.
Should you require further information, please do not hesitate to contact me. Thank you for considering my application, and I look forward to your favorable reply.

Your letter doesn't tell me much. If I had to describe you, it would be this: - Bright person who like math - From the east someplace That's it. It's not much to work with.
