hi .. I want to check up my essay from toefl .
Food is importent for our bodies . it's impossible to live without any food. we need differend ingredients to make some delicious food. in this modern world it's posibble do prepare food vert fast. a several years ago preparation of food needed much time , it's becous the food would be more delicious and more healthfull,,,

There are many delicious food in our refrigerators , but are they healthfull for our bodies ? it's a difficult question for the world .
In the fast food's object the food looks like a very delicious and healfull, but god knows what is in it . it is a very unhealthfull for our bodies. this food is made by frozen meat , which isnot good for our health..
it was a bad part of modern food preparation , but technological inventions has a good parts too ...
For example : The modern technics can save leftovers untill we eat them . the microwave ovens can prepare meal much faster then in the past.
Freezers , canning , refrigerators can save fruits and vegetables . So we always have chance to eat everything what we want ..
So it's my opinion that the digital improves has bad and good parts . we have choice : if we follow fastfood , our health will get bad . but if we dont follow them and eat healthfull food life will be more better .. the choice is on our own ....
