Does dashed off mean that you wrote this passage hastily and without care, Whatup?

Are jottings and dashed off the same?

They both suggest casual writing not carefully composed. My point is that you should edit any passage with care before you submit it to us.

I guess you are missing an important point here, as pointed out by MM. It is my kind opinion that if you deliberately post a message with no care, then chances are very less that anyone would correct your mistakes or respond your message.
