Help! Caps following Secondary Headings???

What is the rule for capitalizing the first word (in the action paragraph) following the Secondary Headings?

I'm not exactly what you mean by "secondary headings"

If you're talking about a main slug line, it goes like this:

INT., DAY, A DOG HOUSE
The dog sits in the house, looking unhappily out at the rain.

If it's an abbrev

Now just a second, Neal. That is really non-standard, and you know it!

It's much more usul standard in fact to do this:

INT. A DOG HOUSE - DAY
This business with the commas is all you, and only you, I think. And the time of day before the location is unusual.
