0 Given only the passage you quote, I don't see any evidence of "These are matters that come in and out of fashion". Do you? None of the sentences you quote seem to mention anything about such trends.

I think you'll have to go with C, unless something else in the reading, not shown in your post, mentions other cases where these virtues have come into fashion. 02 br
