I saw a sentence as"Managers have planned and directed the firm's operation with little thought to consulting the labor force." I think "to consulting " should be "to consult".I don't know this is right or wrong. Please help me!
Top answer
consulting is fine but it should be the firm's operations. s. please stop using help as the subject.
