8/18/04, Wednesday--Thank you for your help. xoxoxoxox Updated my post below from August 14 to ask if it is okay to cite/reference your comments (postings) to me when writing a letter to the editor again. Would use only your first name "Miriam" or screen name if Miriam is really your screen name and not your actual name. Wish knew how to use the 'emoticons' available here and would put on a good face for you...  Onesimus

You're most welcome, and I thank you for your post.

My answer surely comes a bit too late, but of course you can quote me; my posts here are "free" for everyone to read. I doubt my name will impress the editor, though! ~winks~

If you wish to use emoticons in your posts, you only have to leave a space after the last character you type, then type the combination of keys for the emoticon, then leave one more space.
There is a list of emoticons available on the right of your window when you post a message.

This is my first time here in perhaps 10 or 11 days. I'm no longer posting so much as I used to, but there are other people here who are always too eager to post comments, so you will get answers all the same.
Just make sure you do NOT use my name when you're quoting someone else! ~chuckles~
