The difference between the two is: to walk with, to run with, to travel with, places the emphasis on both of you performing the activity. "I played tennis with Jane."
To go somewhere with X emphasizes that you're the actor, in the company of the other person. It's a very small distinction. Perhaps you went down the aisle on crutches and she in a wheel chair.
2: "Let's get started." Why is 'get' used? It's idiomatic. "Let's become started." "Let's get drunk." "Let's become drunk." "Let's get married." "Let's become married." Etc. It's a different meaning of "get" than in "Let's get something to eat."

3: "Write the names of the days in a week." correct "The days of the week" is idiomatic.

"He went down the aisle with a rich lady." And "He walked down the aisle with a rich lady."
