Have/Had thought?
Q: Have you thought about it?
A: Yes, I have thought about it. (means I thought about it in the past and I may or may not thinking it now)
Q: Had you thought about it?
A: Yes, I had thought about it. (means I thought about it in the past and now I stop thinking it)
I am always confuse with the usage of present perfect and past perfect tense. Can someone tell me whether I get the meaning correctly?
Thank you.
