So you've been feeling a bit left out of things too, have you/haven't you, Gilbert?
1. Shouldn't it be 'haven't you'?
2. If the sentence are separated: So you've been feeling a bit left out of things too. Have you,Gilbert?

1. It could be either. "haven't you" has a stronger sense that the speaker believes he has.
