Habit in present
Hello, I would like to ask about using simple present and continuous with frequency adverbs. I know that we use simple present when we are talking about habits, e.g. I watch TV every day. I sometimes listen to music.
However, what if we have the expression these days in sentences like these and this habit or repetition is only temporary, can we use present continuous ? e. g. These days I am watching TV every day. I am sometimes listening to music these days.
Are these sentences possible or do we have to use the present simple?

Yes, those are possible, and for the reason that the habits are strongly related to NOW. However, be careful in applying the verb form like that: it is more often done wrong than right by learners.
