groaning at the seams

Before I question, I googled it. What does that mean? /It basically means that the systems are so full up that they're about to burst. Imagine a pillow that's so stuffed with feathers that it's bulging and you can see the seams just starting to come apart./

What I want to enquire of you is that the phrase "groaning at the seams" can be used positively. Please, give me a short example.
