Hi,
First, you should write grammar rather than grammer.

A. Right. Would be is wrong; will be would be correct. It's the first conditional.

B. Right. Carefully is somewhat inappropriate.

C. Wrong. Although Tina broke her leg, she is still playing basketball. You could use despite in these cases,

however: Despite breaking her leg, Tina is still playing basketball. Despite the fact that Tina broke her leg, she

is still playing basketball. I don't like the latter sentence: it is prolix.

D. Right. Have you? is the correct tag question. (You haven't met..., have you?)
