grammar within 'who ' clauses?
my friend who works in the museum told me a lot of legends and stories about it.
my friend who worked in the museum told me a lot of legends and stories about it
1. obviously I will use 'told' because it's a past event, but how about [works] or [worked] ?? if he is still now working in the museum?
Mary, who sits next to me, is absent today
Mary, who sat next to me, is absent today
2. and how about this one??
