Grammar help please?
Hi,
Could you please comment on these sentences for me?
I have it [ squirrelled / hidden ] away. (Both are pretty much same meaning here, active voice)
I denied having it [ squirreled / hidden ] away. (Passive voice)

John Aki I have it [ squirrelled / hidden ] away. (Both are pretty much same meaning here ... Right, though "squirrelled" is a more "colourful" word, so it wouldn't always be appropriate to interchange them.

What are you referring to? "have", the main verb, is active. "squirrelled" and "hidden"
