You are mistaken my meaning entirely. NO.

mistaken (meaning wrong) can be used as an adjective like this:

I am mistaken. / You are mistaken. / He is mistaken. / They are mistaken.

But you can't add more after wrong or mistaken.

I was wrong your meaning. NO
I was mistaken your meaning. NO

You can add more if you add the word about.

I was wrong about your meaning. OK
I was mistaken about your meaning. OK
He admitted that he was wrong about a few things. OK
He admitted that he was mistaken about a few things. OK

When you use mistake as a verb, you mistake one thing for another thing.

The officer mistook the blast for an earthquake.
The young man said he mistook Martin for a burglar.
The elderly driver said he mistook the gas pedal for the brake, causing the crash.
