Sorry for my unclear to make you confusion. Most of factories will be closed from middle of January until first or second week of February (around 3-4 weeks) for the CNY holidays. The materials supplier will be will be closed from middle of January until end of February (total 6 weeks). The factory will start the production after they resume to work if they are prepared the material. But the production planning is depend on your L/C arrived. So, we would like to tell you in advance that the shipment will in March if your L/C arrive in February. We understood you are tried the best to open all the outstanding L/Cs. But the problem is the committed shipment date between you and the factory is overdue. They pushing the L/C status and shipment are a positive action. Sometime we cannot accommodate for always changed mind.
