Grammar and punctuation
I am not quite sure about this text's grammar, punctuation and word choice. Can anybody help me to check it?
However, if a teacher is in favour of looking at a language as a means of teaching or earning money, he/she is liable to be one-sided in his/her approach of language instruction. From my perspective, language teachers should be versatile and should have good command of a language that they are teaching. This can be done by immersing into language and experiencing its beauty. So, to maintain an appropriate level of language command, I try to participate in both virtual and real debates frequently thus putting my speaking skills into practice. Additionally, in order to improve my essay writing workmanship, I take part in various essay contests. And, as reading is considered as an important skill, on a daily basis, I read some English books for my personal edification.
