Are the sentence below grammatical correct?
1. It can be concluded that foreign-studying students make little contribution to their motherland -- if not that the said benefits are not existing.
(Said benefits are discussed in the previous sentence.)
Also does foreign-studying make sense?
2. The British Museum attracts most visitors during the entire timescale whereas the National Museum least.
