Which one is correct.
Or are both of this incorrect?

Those are both incorrect. These are possible correct sentences: It seems like a song lyric. It seems to me to be a song lyric.

Those are both incorrect. These are possible correct sentences:
It seems like a song lyric.
It seems to me to be a song lyric.
Note that "a song lyrics" is always wrong. You cannot use the indefinite article with a plural noun.
