My friend is saying that after work she can stop by. She says:
If I get off work early on Tuesday, I can go over to you place. OR
If I get off work early on Tuesday, I can come over to you place.
Which is correct?

'Come' is far more likely, unless the person addressed has just acquired a new property, not moved in yet and will not be there when the speaker intends to be there. We normally 'come' to where the person addressed is or will be .
