What is the nuance when a native speaker uses present simple for the future (I know that present simple is used for timetables- the plane arrives at 5) but could you explain what is the difference - I see my doctor tomorrow-I am seeing my doctor tomorrow- I am going to see my doctor tomorrow. Thanks
