we can take photos from the top of Eiffel Towe. Is this a correct sentence? Or should we use “on” instead of from. Thank you

No sentence is correct if it doesn't begin with a capital letter and end with a punctuation mark.

Use 'from' to take photos of the views of the city below and the surrounding scenery.

Use 'on' to take photos of people and things you can see at the top.

You probably want 'from'.
