Free financing & get on down

This is about an ad and I'm figuring out what are the best possible meanings for the two phrase in red below.

Would you check them out and explaine some for me?

Q1: From the literal meaning of "free financing", that sounds like "lending some money to the purchsers" which looks quite strange to me. I guess "some free-interest offer" but am not sure that the phrase without the word "interest" can mean it.

I've just found some case on internet that says: After some period, purchaser begin to pay "the installments" (this might be the case ?)

Q2: As for "get on down", does this mean "get on(to do something in haste) + down(diretion)" ?
