Re: Sponsorship request

To Whom It May Concern:

Happy New Year from Talley Upp Records! We are an independent record label and home to Nashville based Hip-Hop artist Nina Ross. Nina has dedicated herself to become a top rated Hip-Hop artist in the South region. And being an independent artist in today's current financial state can be overwhelming.

Our purpose is to obtain sponsorship in order to continue promotion and cover expenses such as studio time, cds, posters, etc.

Among the growing lists of achievements, Nina has been nominated for Female Mixtape Artist of the year for the 6th Annual Southern Entertainment Awards (March 19-22, 2009). In order to both promote and prepare for the awards show, we are in need of both monetary and in-kind sponsorship.

Nina Ross has dedicated herself to being one of the top-rated Hip-Hop female artist in the south region. With songs already in heavy rotation on internet radio across the country, the support you provide would be invested wisely.

Our goal is to raise money along with an opportunity to enable your company to develop a relationship with independent music artist who are interested in your products and/or services.

Our sponsorship package includes the following:

Platinum Sponsor: $250

Gold Sponsor: $100

Silver Sponsor: $50

Bronze Sponsor: $25

Thank you for taking this time to review our sponsorship package. Please contact William Ransom at 615-874-0404 or Tony Bailey, 615-480-6944 if you have any questions or if you are interested in becoming a sponsor

Respectfully yours.

Hi,
Don't forget to add your address.

I think you need to add a lot more information on what benefits the sponsors will receive.

Good luck, Clive

To this part, perhaps you could add a sentence or two to say that you'd be happy to meet with any prospective sponsors to discuss in more detail how these things could be done.
