Formal letter to request information

Hello everyone,

I need to write a formal letter to an abroad University to request some information about a Master degree program they offer. I need to know costs, schedule, requisited papers or personal documents, credits or subject the Master has, etc, Can you help me with it?

Thanks in advanced!

***Addendum***: With any formal letters or requests to administrators it's better to be succinct. (e.g. try introducing yourself in 8 words or less). Try to summarize the message in one-two sentences. Then give details, context etc.
