Form of a Sentence
Hi, here's an example I was given for the form of a sentence:
Example: You should have worked harder.
Form: Should + Have + Past Participle.
I have to do the same thing and find the form in the following three sentences, I’ve given my attempt…but are they right?
1. She used to have long hair.
Form: Used to + Present Participle
2. I was having a bath when the phone rang.
Form: Was + Present Participle
3. I wish I had worked harder.
Form: Wish + Past Participle + Past Participle
