Force and name tags

Hi, I have doubts about Force here, Does "worldwide missionary" is the "adj" of force? For now it seems to me that Force mean Powerful ? Not so sure maybe it's a noun so powerful will be a mistake ...

With Name tags- is this something one wears on the dress?
