"for", "of" or something else?

In this case, there is a loan agreement and the borrower pledges his property to the creditor.

Is this right:

pledge for the property of the LTD New Wave

or should it be as follows:

pledge of the property of the LTD New Wave

I think it should be "pledge of", but "of the LTD New Wave" doesn't sound right. It's possible that you mean "of New Wave Ltd". It's hard to be sure.
