For advice on the use of "ANNEX"
Dear Sir/Madam,
I have found the following sentences in two different documents. I assume that the first one is correct as the noun "Annex" should be used with "to".
1. The details are listed in Annex A to this document.
2. The details are listed in Annex A of this document.
As there are Annex A and Annex B in the document, it may not be appropriate to change the above to "The details are annexed to this document".
Please kindly advise if (1) or (2) is correct. If both (1) and (2) are acceptable, what is the difference?
