Floating quantifier "each" and its position.

I and others looked for floating quantifiers, but we found information only about "all".I,in fact found only one source which isn't detailed.
I read in one of PDFs that "each" can come before a non-finite clause.
I taught the girls each to play the piano.
Could you please provide us with more information about that subject or answer these below questions ?

1-Are there any other positions of "each" in such case ?
2-Could we put "each" between the infinitive ?

I taught the girls to each play the piano.

If you want to write correct English, choose one of these: I taught each girl to play the piano. I taught each of the girls to play the piano. I taught both [of the] girls to play the piano.

The article before "piano" is often dropped.

Hi,
Please, does it mean that the only position of "each" is before the "infinitive" whatever is the verb ?
What about if the verb is "to be" ,is it the same ?
Thanks

It means that each is before the noun it modifies: each girl.

Sorry again, could you please have a look at this : page 9 of http://pages.uoregon.edu/tpayne/UEG/UEG-additionalreading-ch10-Qfloat.pdf
Th position of each in this sentence is after the n

everlastinghopeI taught the girls each to play the piano.
I wouldn't say that. I would say:

I taught each girl to play the piano.
I taught each of the girls to play the piano.

Each can be at the end in a sentence like this:
I gave the girls five euros each.
