Fiscal vs financial
Is it correct to say "to raise fiscally responsible kids?"
Or is the word fiscal reserved for describing government and other big entities?
I'm getting confused by the words: fiscally and financial, because recently I've read an article:

I would say "financially-responsible kids". I agree with the quoted article, especially since financial is a more common word, therefore more easily understandable.
