Fall off and drop off
Hi, there! I have a little question. I wonder the difference between fall off and drop off and I want you to comment the following example:
Sales have fallen off by 13 percent in the last year
And the question why shouldn't i use to drop off, cause it has the same meaning "to decrease" or I'm mistaken?
