Dear Ms. Pallanen

I am sad to inform you that my daughter, Mahour, has a minor fever and sore throat. Due to the outbreak of Covid-19 these days, her doctor has advised that we should stay home and not enter public places for at least two weeks. It will help to reduce the probability of spreading the virus to other people. So, she has to rest completely. Until then, I would able to get any lessons and assignments from you and help her catch up.

Now we have no idea when she will recover and be able to get back to school. I will inform you as soon as there is a change in her condition.

I have attached the doctor’s note as well as contact information.
