Experience letter

Hello Everyone,

Plz I've got this experience letter from my company but there are many mistakes, so i would like to post it here for check:

Note: they have mentioned some of my responsibility "related of management" as per my request cuz it's required for MBA. So i would like to just check and correct without effecting the meaning as we can.

It is our pleasure to certify Mr. Mohamed El Sayed “Passport No: .........” who has worked with Canadian-ITS in the capacity of System Engineer for 3 years (from ../../... to ../../....)
He has some managerial roles in the framework of his position, Plus his technical responsibility including assign and manage tasks for Helpdesk engineers, impart training to team members, evaluate the team performance, etc.
Moreover, we would like to reflect over his conduct during his stay with us. During his service he has been found sincere, reliable, trustworthy, quick-witted, sociable, pleasant and open to challenges He has a genial temperament and can efficiently work in a team. All of our staff members are pleased with him and feels comfortable in teaming and coordinating with him for the realization of organizational goals and objectives.
