Ive seen sentences begin with 'even more' but can i begin a sentence with 'even worse'. Example:
Even worse, he would throw away the food he didn't like.
Or should I just use evn more? thanks

You should use the comparison that makes sense. "Even more" means beyond; "even worse'" means beyond in the bad direction. Thus it may be impolite to turn down food offered, but it's even worse to take it and then throw it away.
