Evaluation of interview

Hi teachers,

I am writing an evaluation of interview I joined as an interviewer. Please read following and let me know if there is anything wrong.

Even though, he has lots of organizational and administrative experience, he didn’t provide proper answer to my technical questions.

Maybe I was the only person who asked technical terms to him so that my evaluation is different from others. I attended to ask about his technical knowledge and not about his administrative capacity and his answer was not satisfactory to me comparing from other 4 candidates.

Anonymous Even though, he has lots of organizational and administrative experience, he didn’t provide proper answer to my technical questions. "he didn't provide proper answer" is not correct. It should be "he didn't provide a proper answer" or, if he gave multiple wrong answers to your technical questions, then say, "he didn't give proper answers to my technical questions".
