An ESPN piece Tuesday suggested that Obama’s comment suggests that he is one of those who had/has never really believed in Lin, and also notes that it belies Obama’s earlier profession of admiration for Lin as a fellow underdog who rose to prominence.
Please proofread. Shouldn't it be:
