English Grammar and Expression Questions

May I ask you some questions?
Thank you for your efforts to help my English.
1. Which one is correct? (to mean cultural sphere, political sphere, economic sphere, and other more sphere)
A. cultural, polticial, economic, and so on spheres
B. cultural, polticial, economic spheres and so on
D. _________________________________________
2. What is a noun form of "economic" keeping the same meaning (of "cost effective, or saving money")?
A. economicity (This is not in the dictionary)
B. economicness (This is not in the dictionary, either)
C. does not exist
As above, when I want to say some word in a noun form, that does not exist in the dictionary how should I write it in a sentence?
3. When you begin your presentation or speech.
Which one is a common and good way?
A. I am John Smith, a fourth grade elementary school student.
B. This is John Smith, a fourth grade elementary school student. (I heard you can say like this on the phone, but how about in speech?)
4. Can I choose "a preposition" to use in the way I feel it is suitable for meaning?
I feel sometimes multiple prepositions can be used for some word.
For example, can I sometimes write "suitable for" or "suitable to" as I feel whichever is better?
Is there an absolute rule that you must use certain prepositions for a word?
Or can I use any prepositions as long as it is suitable in terms of meaning?
