hello im just wondering what could help me im in my last year of school soon and i will have a lot of exams but when i am writing i forget things like capitals letters and full stops i need something to remind me to put these in as i need good grades when i have left school and i have tried lots of times to do it i also miss letter of words i think that i need to do something to help me with this.

For capitals and full stops, here's my advice. Use them every time you write. One day you will get to the point where it seems wrong not to use them. If you think 'I will just use capitals and full stops in exams and iin mportant writing', you will never get that habit. I see people on the Forum making this mistake al the time.

Look at your post here. What kind of habit will you develop if you write like that a lot?

For spelling, get into the habit of always checking what you write after you have written it.
