Ending Business Emails

What are some options for ending business emails? Sincerely seems to personal. 'Thanks' , 'Thank You', Regards', other options?

You have it quite backward. 'Sincerely yours' or 'Yours sincerely' is the standard complimentary closing for business and all other formal correspondence. If you do not have the name of the recipient, then use 'Faithfully yours' or 'Yours faithfully'.

If you have a friendlier relationship with your business associate, then you can use 'Best regards'.
