End-weight emphasis

Does the end-weight emphasis also apply to the object of a sentence?

I would ask this question because we usually place end-weight emphasis on adjuncts , not the postmodifiers of noun phrases.

For example:

Peter is always ready to take up any challenges from anybody who is daring in the competition.

(the emphasis is on "in the competition")

Peter is always ready to take up any challenges from anybody in the competition who is daring.

(the emphasis is on "who is daring")

Does the end-weight emphasis also apply to the object of a sentence?
