email when sending something in attachment

Hello

I have a question about body of email when you want to send something. I mean official email when the attachment is the only important thing but this isn't your friend when you can send email without body message or subject.
Usually I use the phrase

"Please find something attached."

Is this correct?
Do you have any other suggestions?
