Hi English gurus, I have a problem from the top management by not attending the meeting however they have misunderstood from thier point of view. I am not really good in english & would like your help to edit it. Below will be my email in blue to my management. Thanks
Hi Everyone,
I apologize for the inconvenience cause from yesterday's meeting that affected my professionalism as being a consultant. I am sorry for the misunderstanding as there was no formal meeting invitation I received from my e-mail by any of the group members. However Daniel was the only one who told me that I am optional for the meeting therefore I assume I don’t need to attend the meeting.
In spite of this I will assure all my project delivery will be on time, meet client’s need and be in quality.
It’s been more than a year working for BAT therefore most of you could be my very close colleagues. I understand human makes mistakes. If there are any mistakes I did perform not well in job or not up to your expectation, please do not hesitate to inform me & I am positively looking forward for your feedback. Thanks to Daniel for his. I will take step to perform better as everyone improves their lives from their own mistakes.
Warm Regards, Vince

I apologize for any inconvenience I created by my abence at yesterday's meeting. I had never received a meeting invitation via e-mail, and only heard about it verbally from Daniel.
